1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the rules and standards governing the use of GoFastSUPPORT.ai ("Service"), including all websites, software, applications, APIs, AI-powered tools, knowledge bases, ticketing systems, white-label services, affiliate services, and related offerings provided by GoFast Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the GoFastSUPPORT.ai Terms of Service.

All users, customers, affiliates, administrators, employees, contractors, and authorized representatives must comply with this AUP.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess necessary rights to all content uploaded to the Service.

9. Malware and Security Threats

You may not use the Service to:

  • Spread viruses.

  • Deploy ransomware.

  • Install spyware.

  • Launch denial-of-service attacks.

  • Interfere with networks.

  • Compromise system security.

  • Conduct vulnerability exploitation.

Any attempt to compromise platform security may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

10. Unauthorized Access

Users may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.

  • Bypass security controls.

  • Circumvent authentication mechanisms.

  • Access accounts belonging to others.

  • Probe, scan, or test systems without authorization.

  • Interfere with platform operations.

11. Resource Abuse

Users may not engage in activities that unreasonably consume platform resources, including:

  • Automated abuse.

  • Excessive API requests.

  • Bot attacks.

  • Resource-intensive activities unrelated to legitimate use.

  • Attempts to degrade system performance.

The Company reserves the right to impose reasonable usage limits.

12. AI System Abuse

Users may not use AI-powered features to:

  • Generate unlawful content.

  • Generate fraudulent content.

  • Create deceptive support responses.

  • Impersonate individuals.

  • Spread misinformation intentionally.

  • Harass or threaten others.

  • Produce content that violates applicable laws.

AI-generated content remains the responsibility of the user.

Users must review AI outputs before publication or distribution.

13. Multi-Level Marketing and Direct Selling Compliance

GoFastSUPPORT.ai may be used by direct selling, affiliate marketing, network marketing, referral marketing, and similar organizations.

However, users may not:

  • Promote illegal pyramid schemes.

  • Make unlawful income claims.

  • Make deceptive earnings representations.

  • Violate consumer protection laws.

  • Misrepresent compensation opportunities.

Users remain solely responsible for regulatory compliance in their respective jurisdictions.

14. White-Label Customers

White-label customers are responsible for:

  • Their branding.

  • Their websites.

  • Their customer communications.

  • Their legal compliance.

  • Their privacy notices.

  • Their support content.

GoFast Technologies LLC is not responsible for content or activities conducted by white-label customers or their users.

15. Prohibited Content Categories

The Service may not be used to create, distribute, support, or promote:

  • Child exploitation material.

  • Human trafficking.

  • Terrorism.

  • Illegal drugs.

  • Illegal gambling operations.

  • Weapons trafficking.

  • Money laundering.

  • Identity theft.

  • Fraudulent investment schemes.

  • Counterfeit goods.

  • Piracy operations.

Any such activity may be reported to appropriate authorities.

16. Adult Content

Lawful adult-oriented businesses may use the Service only where permitted by applicable law.

However, users may not use the Service for:

  • Illegal adult content.

  • Exploitative content.

  • Non-consensual content.

  • Content involving minors.

  • Activities prohibited by payment processors, hosting providers, or applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to reject or terminate adult-content-related accounts at its sole discretion.

20. Monitoring and Enforcement

  • Remove content.

Updated versions become effective upon posting to the Service.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
