1. Introduction

Welcome to GoFastSUPPORT.ai ("Service"), a cloud-based software platform owned and operated by GoFast Technologies LLC ("Company," "GoFast Technologies," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GoFastSUPPORT.ai, including all websites, applications, software, APIs, documentation, AI-powered services, support tools, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, white-label services, affiliate programs, and related services provided by GoFast Technologies LLC.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Throughout these Terms, GoFast Technologies LLC shall be referred to as "Company."

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

You are at least eighteen (18) years old;
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Description of Service

GoFastSUPPORT.ai provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions including, but not limited to:

AI-powered customer support
AI assistants and chat systems
Knowledge base management
Help desk and ticketing systems
White-label support solutions
Documentation systems
Customer self-service tools
Affiliate management tools
Reporting and analytics
API access
Website integrations
Related cloud-based services

The Service may evolve, change, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information;
Keep information current;
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
Be responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

The Company is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

6. Trial Periods

The Company may offer free trial periods.

Unless otherwise stated:

Trial access is temporary;
Features may change during the trial;
Trial accounts may be suspended or terminated at the conclusion of the trial period if no paid subscription is selected.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

7. Subscription Plans

Access to certain features of the Service requires an active paid subscription.

Subscription plans, features, and pricing are published on the Company's website and may be updated from time to time. The current plans and pricing are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your chosen subscription plan, unless and until the subscription is canceled.

Each subscription is licensed for use by a single legal entity or organization only. Unless expressly authorized by the Company under a White-Label Agreement or Agency Agreement, you may not share, resell, host, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to the Service for the benefit of unrelated third parties.

Organizations, consultants, web developers, managed service providers, and agencies wishing to manage the Service on behalf of multiple clients must participate in an authorized Agency or White-Label program.

8. Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription.

Fees are:

Due in advance;
Non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise;
Exclusive of applicable taxes.

You authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge your designated payment method.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of service.

9. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate refunds for previously billed periods.

10. Refund Policy

Except where required by law:

Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Partial month refunds are not provided.
Unused services are not refundable.

The Company may issue discretionary refunds at its sole discretion.

11. Customer Content

You retain ownership of content uploaded to the Service, including:

Articles
Knowledge base content
Tickets
Files
Images
Documents
Branding materials
Customer communications

You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and store such content solely for providing the Service.

You represent that you own or have permission to use all uploaded content.

12. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service may utilize artificial intelligence technologies.

AI-generated responses:

May contain inaccuracies;
May be incomplete;
Should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, tax, compliance, or professional advice.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs before relying upon them.

The Company makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate laws;
Infringe intellectual property rights;
Distribute malware;
Conduct fraud;
Harass others;
Engage in deceptive practices;
Send spam;
Distribute unlawful content;
Upload harmful code;
Interfere with system security;
Circumvent technical restrictions.

The Company may immediately suspend accounts involved in prohibited activity.

AI Assistant Fair Use Policy: The AI Assistant is included for normal customer support and help desk operations. Most customers will never approach Fair Use limits during ordinary business activities. GoFast Technologies LLC reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether usage is excessive, abusive, automated, or materially outside normal business support operations and may implement reasonable usage restrictions, require a plan upgrade, assess additional usage fees, or suspend AI access as necessary to protect the platform and its users.

14. White-Label Services

Customers utilizing white-label functionality remain solely responsible for:

Their branding;
Their customer relationships;
Their content;
Their legal compliance;
Their privacy disclosures;
Their support operations.

The Company is not responsible for actions taken by white-label customers or their end users.

15. Affiliate Program

Participation in any affiliate program is subject to separate Affiliate Terms and Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to:

Modify commission structures;
Change payout schedules;
Reject applications;
Suspend affiliates;
Terminate affiliate participation.

Affiliate commissions are earned only as specified in the Affiliate Terms.

16. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain the exclusive property of GoFast Technologies LLC and its licensors.

This includes:

Software
Source code
User interfaces
Documentation
Trademarks
Logos
Branding
Designs
Databases
Proprietary technology

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

17. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, recommendations, or ideas submitted to the Company may be used without compensation or restriction.

You grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use such feedback.

18. Availability

The Company strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee:

Continuous availability;
Uninterrupted operation;
Error-free performance;
Specific uptime percentages unless expressly stated in a separate SLA.

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, outages, and third-party failures may affect availability.

19. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers, including:

AI providers
Payment processors
Hosting providers
Analytics services
Communication providers

The Company is not responsible for third-party services, policies, downtime, security incidents, or actions.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.

20. Data Security

The Company implements commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect customer data.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with internet-based services.

21. Suspension

The Company may suspend accounts immediately if:

These Terms are violated;
Payments fail;
Security concerns arise;
Legal obligations require suspension;
Abuse is detected.

Suspension may occur without prior notice.

22. Termination

The Company may terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.

Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

Upon termination:

Access may cease immediately;
Data may be deleted according to Company's retention policies;
Outstanding obligations remain enforceable.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY
RELIABILITY
AVAILABILITY

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

24. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

GOFAST TECHNOLOGIES LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

INDIRECT DAMAGES
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
SPECIAL DAMAGES
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
LOSS OF PROFITS
LOSS OF REVENUE
LOSS OF BUSINESS
LOSS OF DATA
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(a) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR

(b) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US $100).

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS DO NOT APPLY TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM GOFAST TECHNOLOGIES LLC'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR FRAUD.

25. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoFast Technologies LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, and attorney fees arising from:

Your use of the Service;
Your content;
Your violations of the law;
Your breach of these Terms.

26. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters
Internet outages
Government actions
Labor disputes
War
Terrorism
Cyberattacks
Utility failures

27. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

28. Dispute Resolution

Before filing legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through negotiation.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA.

Both parties consent to such jurisdiction.

29. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes shall be brought only in an individual capacity.

Users waive any right to participate in:

Class actions
Representative actions
Collective proceedings

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the complete agreement between the parties concerning the Service.

They supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

32. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
