Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the GoFastSUPPORT.ai Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by GoFast Technologies LLC ("Company," "GoFast Technologies," "we," "us," or "our").

These Affiliate Terms are incorporated into and form part of the GoFastSUPPORT.ai Terms of Service.

By applying for, participating in, promoting, or receiving commissions through the Program, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms.

1. Program Purpose

The Affiliate Program is designed to reward Affiliates for referring new paying customers to GoFastSUPPORT.ai.

Participation in the Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, agency, joint venture, or ownership interest.

Affiliates operate as independent contractors.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old;

  • Have legal capacity to enter into contracts;

  • Provide accurate registration information;

  • Maintain a valid email address;

  • Comply with all applicable laws;

  • Comply with these Affiliate Terms and all Company policies.

The Company may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Enrollment

Participation begins only after:

  • Submission of an Affiliate application (if required);

  • Acceptance by the Company;

  • Creation of an Affiliate account;

  • Issuance of a unique Affiliate identifier or referral link.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation for any reason.

4. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors.

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • Employment

  • Partnership

  • Agency

  • Joint venture

  • Franchise

  • Fiduciary relationship

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, officers, representatives, or agents of GoFast Technologies LLC.

5. Referral Tracking

The Company may track referrals using technologies such as:

  • Referral links

  • Cookies

  • Tracking codes

  • User account attribution

  • Platform-generated identifiers

  • Other tracking mechanisms

The Company's records shall be final and controlling regarding referral attribution.

Tracking may be affected by:

  • Browser settings

  • Privacy tools

  • Ad blockers

  • Cookie deletion

  • Device changes

  • User behavior

The Company does not guarantee tracking in all circumstances.

6. Qualified Referrals

A Qualified Referral generally means a new customer who:

  • Registers through an Affiliate's referral mechanism;

  • Is not already a customer;

  • Is not an existing lead already known to the Company;

  • Completes registration;

  • Purchases an eligible subscription;

  • Remains in good standing;

  • Pays all required fees.

The Company reserves sole discretion in determining whether a referral qualifies.

7. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned only when:

  • A Qualified Referral completes a qualifying purchase;

  • Payment has been successfully received;

  • The transaction is not refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back;

  • The account remains active and in good standing.

No commission is earned merely by generating leads, clicks, visits, signups, trials, or inquiries unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company.

8. Commission Rates

Commission rates are determined solely by the Company and may be published separately.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Modify commission rates;

  • Add or remove commissionable products;

  • Change commission structures;

  • Implement promotional commission schedules.

Changes may apply prospectively without liability.

9. Commission Approval

All commissions are subject to review and approval.

The Company may withhold approval while investigating:

  • Fraud;

  • Duplicate accounts;

  • Suspicious transactions;

  • Chargeback risks;

  • Compliance issues.

Commission approval remains at the sole discretion of the Company.

10. Commission Holding Period

To reduce fraud and chargeback risk:

Approved commissions may be subject to a holding period before becoming payable.

The Company may adjust holding periods at its discretion.

No commission is considered payable until the holding period has expired.

11. Minimum Payout Threshold

Affiliate payouts will only be issued after the Affiliate reaches the minimum payout threshold established by the Company.

Unless otherwise announced:

Minimum Payout Threshold: USD $45.00

Balances below the threshold will roll forward until the threshold is reached.

12. Payout Schedule

The Company may issue payouts on a periodic basis.

Unless otherwise stated:

Commissions may be paid approximately fifteen (15) days after the end of the applicable commission period, subject to:

  • Verification;

  • Fraud review;

  • Chargeback review;

  • Compliance review.

The Company may modify payout schedules at any time.

13. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for:

  • Income taxes;

  • Self-employment taxes;

  • VAT obligations;

  • GST obligations;

  • Reporting obligations;

  • Regulatory filings.

The Company does not provide tax advice.

Where required by law, Affiliates may be required to provide tax documentation before receiving payouts.

14. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Fraudulent Activities

  • Generate fake referrals;

  • Create false accounts;

  • Use stolen payment methods;

  • Misrepresent purchases;

  • Manipulate tracking systems.

Self-Dealing

  • Refer themselves;

  • Create accounts for their own benefit;

  • Circumvent commission rules;

  • Use alternate identities to generate commissions.

Brand Abuse

  • Misrepresent the Company;

  • Impersonate Company representatives;

  • Use deceptive advertising;

  • Use unauthorized trademarks.

Spam

  • Send unsolicited commercial email;

  • Conduct unlawful marketing campaigns;

  • Violate anti-spam laws.

Misleading Claims

  • Guarantee earnings;

  • Make false product claims;

  • Misrepresent features;

  • Misrepresent pricing.

15. MLM, Network Marketing, and Referral Organizations

Many customers may operate affiliate, referral, direct-selling, or network marketing organizations.

Affiliates must not:

  • Promote illegal pyramid schemes;

  • Make unlawful income claims;

  • Promise financial results;

  • Violate consumer protection laws;

  • Violate advertising laws.

Affiliates are solely responsible for compliance with laws governing their marketing activities.

16. Intellectual Property

The Company may provide promotional materials including:

  • Logos

  • Banners

  • Graphics

  • Marketing content

  • Videos

  • Brand assets

Affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved materials solely for promoting GoFastSUPPORT.ai.

No ownership rights are transferred.

17. Domain Names and Social Media

Affiliates may not register or use:

  • Domain names confusingly similar to Company brands;

  • Social media accounts impersonating the Company;

  • Trademarks without authorization;

  • Variations intended to create confusion.

The Company may require immediate transfer, modification, or removal of such assets.

18. Compliance with Laws

Affiliates must comply with:

  • Advertising laws;

  • Consumer protection laws;

  • Privacy laws;

  • Anti-spam laws;

  • FTC endorsement guidelines;

  • Local regulations;

  • International regulations where applicable.

Affiliates are solely responsible for legal compliance.

19. Right to Reverse Commissions

The Company may reverse, withhold, offset, deduct, or recover commissions associated with:

  • Refunds;

  • Chargebacks;

  • Fraud;

  • Policy violations;

  • Duplicate transactions;

  • Erroneous payments;

  • Invalid referrals.

The Company's determination shall be final.

20. No Guaranteed Income

The Company makes no representation or guarantee regarding:

  • Earnings;

  • Income;

  • Leads;

  • Customers;

  • Conversion rates;

  • Sales volume;

  • Business success.

Affiliate success depends on individual effort and market conditions.

21. Account Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate Affiliate participation immediately for:

  • Fraud;

  • Policy violations;

  • Non-compliance;

  • Brand misuse;

  • Legal concerns;

  • Reputational concerns.

Termination may occur without prior notice.

22. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Affiliate rights immediately cease;

  • Referral links may be disabled;

  • Promotional licenses terminate;

  • Unpaid commissions may be forfeited where permitted by law if associated with violations of these Terms.

The Company reserves all rights regarding post-termination commission eligibility.

23. Audit Rights

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Review Affiliate activity;

  • Audit referral sources;

  • Investigate marketing practices;

  • Request supporting documentation;

  • Verify compliance.

Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination.

24. Confidentiality

Affiliates shall not disclose non-public information including:

  • Commission structures not publicly published;

  • Internal reports;

  • Customer information;

  • Proprietary business information.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

25. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

GOFAST TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • LOST PROFITS;

  • LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES;

  • LOST COMMISSIONS;

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES;

  • SPECIAL DAMAGES;

  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;

  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS PAID TO THE AFFILIATE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS DO NOT APPLY TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM GOFAST TECHNOLOGIES LLC'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR FRAUD.

26. Indemnification

The Affiliate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoFast Technologies LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Marketing activities;

  • Advertising claims;

  • Regulatory violations;

  • Intellectual property violations;

  • Affiliate misconduct;

  • Violations of these Terms.

27. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

28. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to the Affiliate Program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA.

The parties consent to such jurisdiction.

29. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affiliates agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and waive participation in any class, collective, or representative action.

30. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify:

  • Commission structures;

  • Program rules;

  • Payout schedules;

  • Eligibility requirements;

  • These Affiliate Terms;

at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified.

31. Entire Agreement

These Affiliate Terms, together with the Terms of Service and related policies, constitute the complete agreement governing Affiliate participation.

Affiliate Acknowledgment

By applying for, participating in, or receiving commissions through the GoFastSUPPORT.ai Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Affiliate Terms.

  • You agree to comply with all Program requirements.

  • You understand commissions are discretionary and subject to verification.

  • You accept the risks associated with independent marketing activities.
