API Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These API Terms of Use ("API Terms") govern access to and use of the GoFastSUPPORT.ai Application Programming Interface ("API") and related developer services provided by GoFast Technologies LLC ("Company," "GoFast Technologies," "we," "us," or "our").

These API Terms supplement and form part of the GoFastSUPPORT.ai Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these API Terms and the Terms of Service, these API Terms shall control solely with respect to API-related matters.

By accessing, integrating with, testing, developing against, or using the API, you ("Developer," "Customer," "Partner," or "you") agree to these API Terms.

2. Purpose of the API

The API is intended to allow authorized customers and partners to integrate with GoFastSUPPORT.ai and access approved functionality programmatically.

Examples may include:

  • Ticket management

  • Knowledge Base access

  • User management

  • Customer support automation

  • Reporting and analytics

  • White-label integrations

  • Affiliate program integrations

  • AI-related functions

  • Platform administration

Available endpoints and functionality may change over time.

3. Eligibility

You may use the API only if:

  • You have an active GoFastSUPPORT.ai account;

  • You are authorized to use the account;

  • Your subscription plan includes API access (if required);

  • You comply with these API Terms and all related agreements.

The Company may refuse or revoke API access at its sole discretion.

4. API Credentials

Access to the API may require:

  • API Keys

  • Access Tokens

  • Authentication Credentials

  • OAuth Credentials

  • Other security mechanisms

You are solely responsible for:

  • Protecting credentials;

  • Preventing unauthorized access;

  • Maintaining security of integrations;

  • Promptly reporting compromised credentials.

API credentials are confidential and may not be shared except with authorized personnel.

5. Ownership

The API, including all related technology, documentation, endpoints, architecture, and underlying software, remains the exclusive property of GoFast Technologies LLC and its licensors.

Nothing in these API Terms transfers ownership rights.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. License Grant

Subject to compliance with these API Terms, the Company grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access the API;

  • Develop integrations;

  • Exchange authorized data;

  • Build approved applications that interact with the Service.

This license may be revoked at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the API only for lawful and authorized purposes.

Permitted uses include:

  • Internal business integrations;

  • Customer support automation;

  • Data synchronization;

  • Reporting;

  • Workflow automation;

  • White-label platform integrations;

  • Approved commercial integrations.

All use must comply with applicable laws and Company policies.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Abuse the API

  • Overload systems;

  • Circumvent rate limits;

  • Conduct denial-of-service activities;

  • Interfere with platform operations.

Reverse Engineer

  • Reverse engineer the API;

  • Attempt to discover source code;

  • Replicate proprietary technology;

  • Create competing services using proprietary information.

Unauthorized Access

  • Access data you are not authorized to access;

  • Circumvent authentication controls;

  • Attempt privilege escalation.

Fraudulent Activities

  • Use the API for unlawful activity;

  • Submit false data;

  • Facilitate fraud;

  • Misrepresent requests.

Security Violations

  • Probe vulnerabilities;

  • Conduct unauthorized penetration testing;

  • Introduce malware;

  • Disrupt platform security.

9. Rate Limits

To maintain platform stability and fairness, the Company may impose:

  • Request limits;

  • Throughput limits;

  • Bandwidth limits;

  • Concurrent connection limits;

  • Resource consumption limits.

Rate limits may vary by subscription plan.

The Company reserves the right to modify limits without notice.

10. API Availability

The Company strives to maintain API availability but does not guarantee:

  • Continuous operation;

  • Uninterrupted access;

  • Error-free functionality;

  • Availability of specific endpoints.

API availability may be affected by:

  • Maintenance;

  • Security updates;

  • Infrastructure changes;

  • Third-party service interruptions.

11. Changes to the API

The API may evolve over time.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Add endpoints;

  • Modify endpoints;

  • Remove endpoints;

  • Change response formats;

  • Update authentication methods;

  • Introduce new requirements.

Reasonable efforts may be made to provide advance notice of material changes.

However, emergency changes may occur without notice.

12. Deprecated Features

Features, endpoints, or versions may be deprecated from time to time.

Where practical, advance notice may be provided.

Customers are responsible for maintaining compatible integrations.

The Company is not responsible for failures caused by unsupported or outdated integrations.

13. API Documentation

Documentation is provided for informational purposes only.

Documentation may include:

  • Endpoint descriptions;

  • Request examples;

  • Response examples;

  • Authentication instructions;

  • Integration guidance.

Documentation may be updated without notice.

14. Data Usage

Information obtained through the API may only be used:

  • For authorized purposes;

  • In accordance with customer permissions;

  • Consistent with applicable privacy laws;

  • Consistent with Company policies.

Unauthorized resale, disclosure, or misuse of data is prohibited.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of the API is subject to:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

  • Security & Data Protection Policy

Developers remain responsible for protecting data obtained through API integrations.

16. Security Requirements

API users must maintain reasonable security measures, including:

  • Secure storage of credentials;

  • Access controls;

  • Encryption where appropriate;

  • Monitoring for unauthorized activity;

  • Timely patching of systems.

Failure to maintain reasonable security may result in suspension of API access.

17. Third-Party Applications

Developers are solely responsible for applications they build using the API.

The Company does not review, certify, endorse, or warrant third-party applications unless expressly stated in writing.

18. Monitoring

The Company may monitor API usage to:

  • Protect platform security;

  • Enforce rate limits;

  • Detect abuse;

  • Investigate incidents;

  • Improve services.

Use of the API constitutes consent to such monitoring.

19. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate API access immediately if:

  • These API Terms are violated;

  • Security risks are identified;

  • Fraud is suspected;

  • Excessive usage occurs;

  • Payment obligations are not met;

  • Legal requirements require action.

Suspension may occur without prior notice.

20. No Warranty

THE API IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY;

  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;

  • NON-INFRINGEMENT;

  • ACCURACY;

  • RELIABILITY;

  • AVAILABILITY.

The Company does not warrant that the API will operate without interruption or error.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

GOFAST TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Lost profits;

  • Lost revenue;

  • Lost business opportunities;

  • Data loss;

  • Integration failures;

  • Service interruptions;

  • Indirect damages;

  • Consequential damages;

  • Incidental damages;

  • Special damages.

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE API SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(a) The amount paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or

(b) One Hundred United States Dollars (US $100).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, these limitations and exclusions do not apply to damages arising from GoFast Technologies LLC's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoFast Technologies LLC and its affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Your API usage;

  • Your integrations;

  • Your applications;

  • Data misuse;

  • Security failures;

  • Violations of these API Terms.

23. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these API Terms grants any ownership rights in:

  • Software;

  • Source code;

  • Documentation;

  • Trademarks;

  • Databases;

  • Technology;

  • Proprietary processes.

All intellectual property rights remain with GoFast Technologies LLC and its licensors.

24. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and trade compliance laws.

You may not use the API in violation of:

  • U.S. export regulations;

  • International sanctions;

  • Applicable trade restrictions.

25. Governing Law

These API Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

26. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from API usage shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA.

The parties consent to such jurisdiction.

27. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these API Terms at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication.

Continued use of the API constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
