GoFast Technologies LLC ("Company," "GoFast Technologies," "we," "us," or "our") respects intellectual property rights and is committed to protecting its own intellectual property while respecting the rights of others.

This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") governs the ownership, use, protection, licensing, and enforcement of intellectual property associated with GoFastSUPPORT.ai ("Service"), including all software, content, documentation, branding, white-label services, AI-powered functionality, and related materials.

  • AI-generated platform content

  • Domain names

  • Proprietary technologies

Company Intellectual Property

All intellectual property owned, developed, licensed, or controlled by GoFast Technologies LLC.

User Content

Any content uploaded, submitted, published, created, stored, or transmitted by users through the Service.

4. Ownership of Company Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, GoFast Technologies LLC owns or licenses all rights, title, and interest in:

  • GoFastSUPPORT.ai

  • Platform software

  • Source code

  • User interfaces

  • Documentation

  • Website content

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Databases

  • AI system configurations

  • Proprietary workflows

  • Replication technology

  • Platform architecture

  • Marketing materials

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Limited License to Use the Service

Subject to compliance with the Terms of Service and applicable agreements, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended business purposes.

Users may not:

  • Copy the platform;

  • Resell the platform except where expressly authorized;

  • Reverse engineer the platform;

  • Decompile software;

  • Create derivative software;

  • Remove proprietary notices;

  • Misappropriate Company intellectual property.

6. Copyright Protection

All content owned by GoFast Technologies LLC is protected under:

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

7. Trademark Protection

The following may constitute trademarks, service marks, trade names, or proprietary branding of GoFast Technologies LLC:

  • GoFastSUPPORT.ai

  • GoFastSUPPORT

  • Associated logos

  • Product names

  • Slogans

  • Branding elements

Use of Company trademarks without authorization is prohibited.

Nothing in this Policy grants trademark ownership rights.

8. White-Label Partner Rights

White-label partners may display:

  • Their own logos

  • Their own trademarks

  • Their own business names

  • Their own branding

within approved white-label functionality.

White-label rights do not transfer ownership of the underlying platform or technology.

The Company retains ownership of all platform-related intellectual property.

9. User Content Ownership

Users generally retain ownership of content they upload, including:

  • Documents

  • Knowledge base articles

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Branding materials

  • Customer communications

  • Support content

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary rights to submit such content.

10. License Granted by Users

By uploading or submitting content to the Service, users grant GoFast Technologies LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host

  • Store

  • Display

  • Reproduce

  • Process

  • Transmit

  • Backup

  • Modify (solely as necessary for service operation)

such content for purposes of providing and improving the Service.

This license terminates upon deletion of content, subject to backup retention, legal obligations, and operational requirements.

11. Contributor Content

Users who contribute articles, documentation, templates, tutorials, or other content acknowledge that:

  • The Company may host and display such content.

  • The Company may edit or format such content.

  • The Company may remove content at its discretion.

Contributors remain responsible for ensuring legal ownership of submitted materials.

12. AI-Generated Content

GoFastSUPPORT.ai may provide AI-generated outputs.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Intellectual property rights relating to AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction.

  • Ownership of AI-generated outputs may not be clearly established under applicable law.

  • Users are responsible for evaluating whether AI-generated content may be used for commercial purposes.

The Company makes no guarantee regarding intellectual property ownership of AI-generated outputs.

13. Prohibited Intellectual Property Activities

Users may not:

  • Upload copyrighted material without authorization.

  • Upload pirated software.

  • Upload stolen content.

  • Infringe trademarks.

  • Misappropriate trade secrets.

  • Use Company intellectual property without authorization.

  • Remove copyright notices.

  • Circumvent rights management systems.

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

14. Reverse Engineering Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted by law:

Users may not:

  • Reverse engineer software;

  • Decompile software;

  • Disassemble software;

  • Attempt to discover source code;

  • Replicate proprietary technology;

  • Create competing products using proprietary information obtained from the Service.

15. Domain Names and Branding

Users, Affiliates, and White-Label Partners may not register or use:

  • Domain names that are confusingly similar to Company trademarks;

  • Social media accounts impersonating the Company;

  • Brand names designed to create confusion.

The Company reserves the right to demand cessation of unauthorized use.

16. Copyright Complaints

Copyright infringement claims are governed by the Company's:

Rights holders may submit notices in accordance with that Policy.

17. Repeat Infringers

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

The Company retains sole discretion in determining whether a violation has occurred.

18. Enforcement

The Company may take actions including:

  • Content removal;

  • Account suspension;

  • Account termination;

  • License revocation;

  • Legal action;

  • Injunctive relief;

  • Cooperation with law enforcement;

  • Cooperation with rights holders.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.

19. Confidential Information

Certain intellectual property may also constitute confidential information.

Users may not disclose:

  • Proprietary business information;

  • Trade secrets;

  • Internal processes;

  • Source code;

  • Non-public technical information;

without authorization.

21. No Transfer of Ownership

All ownership rights remain with the Company or applicable licensors.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

GoFast Technologies LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Disputes between users regarding ownership;

  • Intellectual property claims involving user content;

  • Unauthorized user conduct;

  • Third-party intellectual property violations.

Users remain responsible for their own content and activities.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, these limitations and exclusions do not apply to damages arising from GoFast Technologies LLC's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

23. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoFast Technologies LLC and its affiliates from claims arising from:

  • User content;

  • Copyright violations;

  • Trademark violations;

  • Patent claims;

  • Trade secret claims;

  • Intellectual property disputes involving materials submitted by the user.

24. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

25. Changes to This Policy

GoFast Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
