GoFastSUPPORT.ai is operated by GoFast Technologies LLC. Customer data is processed under our published Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, available in our public Documents library — the same versioned documents every customer agrees to at signup.
AI responses are powered by OpenAI models by default. Enterprise plans support Bring Your Own Key (BYOK), letting you route AI traffic through your own OpenAI, Google Gemini, or DeepSeek account so usage runs under your provider agreement.
For anything not yet formally certified or published, the table below says so directly — and our enterprise team will walk you through current status, documentation, and roadmap under NDA where appropriate.
